*~ PAWS to read ~*

Please join us on Wednesday, October 21st. You're invited to join our annual "PAWS to Read" event from 2:45-3:30pm. Students will be pairing up with family and staff members to share/read their favorite books.

Family members are invited to take their student(s) to read in the library. There they will find an assortment of seating arrangements, amazing views, and refreshments will also be served.

Keep an eye out for our special "PAWS" four-legged friends who will be making the rounds during this annual event. They make awesome listeners and are always eager to play audience to our enthusiastic readers.

Camp Elim: An Outdoor Education Experience!

From October 7th-9th, Mountain Vista's 8th grade students will venture to Camp Elim in Woodland Park. While there, the students will experience everything from geo-caching to storytelling.

Thanks to all the wonderful parents and outside volunteers who are helping get this excursion organized and running. Stay tuned for updates and photos.
